I paid for this item and received in the mail today a piece of cupboard
with
5 metal clips taped to it
this is not the kit as described as 20
pieces.

Hi Danial,
I am sorry you had to be so
aggressive with you email to me, especially when everything is probably
alright.
I hope the apology is just as
quick from you as your anger.
Now to sort it out. You made
your purchase on the 9th September and I posted your TONNEAU REPAIR KIT
on the 11th September, I notified you by email of the postage on the
11th September (same Day)
The next day 12th September I
realized that I had left 5 parts out of the KIT and I sent you an email
telling you I was sorry and that I was mailing the 5 missing parts to
you.
It now appears that the
letter (containing the five missing parts) has overtaken the parcel
which must be slower than the letter.
I see you are in W.A., this
could have some bearing on why the letter overtook the parcel which is
still still in transit to you. Hopefully the parcel will be there
Monday's mail. Please see my feedback - I am genuine - and if you need
my help to sort this out you must be civil

here - for me ?
I will not bother
too much about Daniel's negative feedback, it's not worth the
trouble
to negotiate it's removal. I believe that the majority eBay
members
can see what's happened and will disregard the negative feedback.
I
assume the poster had had a bad day and is not mature enough to manage
his stress
